We hold special theme days throughout the year

We organise at least one theme day a month at our schools, as well as theme weeks, such as Hotober and National School Meals Week. The children love them and they are a fantastic tool for increasing meal uptake and promoting the delicious and nutritious meals our teams produce.
National Science Fiction Day

Our theme days are aligned with a local or nationally recognised calendar date such as World Book Day, World Bee Day or St George's Day, or a religious festival such as Christmas, Diwali or Eid.

Easter

Our theme days are based on the demographic at each school, as well as providing a fun and informative way to learn about different dishes and important dates.
Chinese New Year (Dragon)

Theme days are also organised on School Census Days to help increase meal uptake on those days, which in turn benefit the schools.
