Ravi Chauhan - Commercial & Business Development Executive Director
Ravi Chauhan is the Commercial and Business Development Director at BD Group, with responsibility for commercial strategy, contract management, pricing, governance and business growth across the Group.
He works closely with the operational teams to ensure BD Group delivers high-quality, financially sustainable services that provide value for the Council, residents, customers and wider stakeholders.
Ravi has a strong background in commercial, legal and governance leadership, with experience spanning contract negotiation and management, supplier management, service transformation, compliance, performance improvement and strategic business planning.
