Michael Fletcher - HR Assistant Director
Michael is an experienced HR leader with over 20 years’ experience across sectors including transport, social care, and telecoms. He has held senior roles at organisations such as Virgin Trains, CareTech PLC, Oxfordshire County Council, and Cuckoo Broadband, building a strong track record in delivering pragmatic, commercially focused people strategies.
As Interim Associate HR Director at BD Group, Michael is responsible for HR Business Partnering, Employee Relations, HR Administration, Payroll, Learning & Development, and Recruitment. His focus is on stabilising the HR function, strengthening core processes, and ensuring a robust platform for sustainable growth.
