Specialist school chef training for our teams
Ten cooks from BD Group are attending the School Chef Educator Qualification this week at the Hackney School of Food. This is a dedicated school chef training qualification which has been designed specifically for school kitchen teams, with the goal to develop skilled and knowledgeable school kitchen teams who create fantastic school food for children.
Our ten colleagues who are attending this week are just the first group doing this course, highlighting BD Group’s commitment to continually improving the service we provide our schools and children, and developing the skills and knowledge of our teams.
