LEUK (the BD Group owned, multi-occupancy business and technical park) recently conducted a tenant satisfaction survey to assess opinions on cleanliness, maintenance, staff friendliness, and responsiveness. The results revealed a positive trend, with tenants rating an average score of 3.5 out of 4 across all categories. The outcome contributed to an impressive overall satisfaction rate, indicating a very high level of contentment from the tenant community.
