LEUK gets clean bill of health following tenant satisfaction survey
LEUK (the BD Group owned, multi-occupancy business and technical park) recently conducted a tenant satisfaction survey to assess opinions from tenants who rent commercial property on the site. The results revealed a positive trend, with tenants rating an average score of 3.5 out of 4 across all categories. The outcome contributed to an impressive overall satisfaction rate, indicating a very high level of contentment from the tenant community.
The survey showed that LEUK continues to successfully meet and exceed expectations in various aspects of property management. The positive feedback particularly highlighted the effectiveness of cleanliness initiatives, maintenance services, and staff responsiveness.
