Voids team refurbishes Summerfield House for new council occupants
BD Group's Voids team is carrying out a refurbishment program at Summerfield House, Dagenham, on behalf of its client, the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham.
Comprising 12 one-bedroom, 6 two-bedroom, and 8 three-bedroom flats, Summerfield House, will undergo extensive refurbishment to ensure safe, comfortable, and modern living spaces for its future residents.

The newly refurbished flats will play a crucial role improving living conditions and reducing costs for the local authority.
