Jahangir Mannan - Director
Jay is a qualified CIPFA Accountant with over 20 years of housing and public sector experience across London.
His previous roles include Director of Finance and Resources at Sixty Bricks as well as Interim Deputy 151 for London Borough of Barking and Dagenham.
Currently, Jay works as Strategic Finance Advisor to the council overseeing subsidiary companies as well as managing the authority's Investment Asset Strategy Budget of c£2bn.
He served as a board director of East End Homes for seven years, including as Chair of Finance & Audit Committee.
Born and brought up in east London, Jay is committed to ensuring BD Group is able to provide residents with the services they deserve and that they remain affordable.
