Reporting concerns and whistleblowing
At BD Group we set high standards for ourselves, our contractors and our clients. We take any reports that these high standards have not been adhered to seriously.
To support our commitment to high standards, we have procedures in place for any concerns to be reported.
This form is for you to report any concerns and for whistleblowing, such as if you have been involved in or witnessed an incident or become aware of an issue that has or could affect safety or security and has the potential to cause or actually has led to harm to the public.
Whistleblowing is when an employee, contractor, supplier, resident or tenant provides information concerning wrongdoing which must be in the public interest, such as a criminal offence (eg bribery or fraud), failure by BD Group or our people to meet professional standards or matters that fall within the scope of the UK Public Interest Disclosures Act.
Please provide as much information as you can to enable any investigation to be completed successfully.
All information you provide will be treated in the strictest confidence.
Give details of the issue, saying what your concern is, who is involved, why you are concerned, when the concern arose and if there are other people who can verify your concern.
Please include such information as dates, times, places, important reference numbers, people you have already spoken to or people we should speak to regarding the issue.
For general complaints, please use our contact us form.
