Our recruitment process

We pride ourselves on a fair and consistent recruitment process that promotes respect, diversity and inclusion.

Our aim is to get to know you better and understand the skills and experience you could bring to the business as part of the recruitment process.  We also believe it is a two-way process and it is your opportunity to get to know us so you can decide if the BD Group and role are the right fit for you.

Application process

  • Application made online.
  • Applications reviewed (we endeavour to respond to all applications).
  • Successful candidates will be invited to a first interview.  This could be video interview, face to face interview or a recruitment day depending on the role.
  • If successful, you may be invited to a second interview. An additional practical assessment may be required, depending on the role.

If you are successful and are offered a role to become part of our team we will get started on your onboarding straight away so your move to the BD Group is positive from the start.

You will be guided by our team throughout the process and full feedback will be given at each stage.
