BD Services is delighted to announce that its new online Repairs and Maintenance System has gone live. The All in One repair and scheduling solution, provided by Orchard AccuServ, automates workforce schedules and repairs, increasing efficiency for its workforce and will ultimately allow our customers to book their repairs and schedule appointments online.

Accuserv offers a single online solution for recording, scheduling and managing repairs, emergency and planned work, voids and compliance jobs. It connects service teams, operatives and sub-contactors, managing jobs from the moment they are raised through to completion. It provides real-time updates on the status of repair works, eliminating reliance on paper-based work instructions and spreadsheets.

Phase 1 went live in June, comprising 5 main modules: corporate buildings (including schools) repairs, corporate buildings (including schools) scheduled compliance, residential buildings compliance, voids and major planned works.

Phase 2 has just gone live for gas servicing and breakdowns.

Ultimately, the final phase of the rollout will give customers access to a self-service portal, where they will be able to log repairs and schedule appointments.
