Weekly Housing Repairs Surgeries go-live
Our new weekly Housing Repairs Surgeries got underway today. The new sessions give tenants more opportunities to address existing housing repair concerns face to face with members of the team.
Lee Berwick, Customer Liaison Manager said: “We’re delighted to be able to offer these new weekly sessions. This is yet another great opportunity for tenants to have their voices heard and their repairs addressed promptly”.
Surgeries now take place on:
Mondays: Dagenham Library (9.30 -3.30)
Tuesdays: Barking Learning Centre (9.30 -3.30)
